• To improve the accuracy of knowledge about HIV and AIDS prevention and family planning methods, correct myths and misconceptions.
• To increase the number of people who use short acting family planning methods as well as HIV prevention products correctly and consistently.
• To promote safer sexual practices among the general population and especially to encourage the youth to practice abstinence and delay onset of sexual activity, and if not, practice safe sex.
• To reduce fear, stigma, and discrimination against persons living wit HIV and AIDS.
• To empower and improve the livelihood of the HealthKeepers and as well as safeguard the overall sustainability of the network.
