The HealthKeepers Network (HKN) program is an initiative which provides unprecedented and sustainable access to life-saving health protection products and services along with information for the rural poor and the underserved populations. It builds on existing distribution networks (traditional and non-traditional) and the entrepreneurial spirit of community based distributors (CBD’s), both men and women as well as the organisation own expertise in the health training and service linkages in hard to reach communities. These men and women are known as “HealthKeepers”.
